~CREEPY STORY & PICS~ SPOOKY STORIES COLLECTION

There was once when I was about 7 or 8 I came home from school and saw my sister in the bathroom. She told me how glad she was to see me because something weird had happened and that she was scared (she was the only one in the house). She showed me how this can of hair spray kept tilting back and forth on the shelf for a few minutes. I thought maybe it was a passing tuck or she bumped the shelf. She said she didn’t.
One night everyone was in bed and it was around 12:00am and I start hearing the cupboards in the kitchen downstairs banging. I really didn’t take much notice of it. This continued though for a while. It was just constant. I tried to bury myself under the covers as I was really scared now. So I am laying there terrified and all of a sudden I hear my dog started to bark. Now I’ tell you…my dog *never* howls or barks. To this day I have never heard him howl again. I ran to the landing on the stairs and told him to shut up! I thought well I am up maybe I’ll check the cupboards in the kitchen now.
So I went down the stairs rather slowly and made my way to the kitchen. The sound of the banging stopped. I bolted up stairs and just cuddled under my blankets. No more sounds though. Then another incident happened when I was about 14, I went to bed before everyone else as we had relatives over. Well I am laying in bed and I start to feel a little bit of a shake. I kind of looked around and thought that was weird. I continue to lay there and felt my bed shake a little harder. This time I sat up and was looking on either side of my bed to see if someone is there. No one there. I thought oh this is just my mind. So I lay back down again and close my eyes. When I did this my bed started to shake rather hard. I jumped out of my bed as fast as I can and ran downstairs. Tell my parents but they did not believe me. I stayed up for another 30 min and went back to bed. No more shaking.
My sister used to be pretty wild. ie coming home really late at night. Anyhow, one day she said how the dog was acting weird. When she comes home sometimes he’ll just be sitting in the living room staring at the wall. She’ll call him and he won’t look. So she goes over to pet him and he acknowledges her and goes back to being normal. Just thought that was weird too. I was laying in bed again. My bed was situated in the corner of the room. So I turned over to go to sleep and my face was looking towards the wall. I then saw a hand make a half circle motion from under the side of the bed over and disappear under the other side of the bed. Even writing this now I can picture what I saw very clearly. Gives me goose bumps just thinking about it.

I remember I read one story somewhere which really freaked me out. I can’t remembe where I read it, but it basically went like this - the goon’s father, when he was younger, was in an apartment. He was asleep, but suddenly woke up and saw a shadow figure coming out from the ceiling, reaching toward him. After he spoken to previous owners of the flat, it turned out that it might be a kid that had been killed in the room above and stuffed in the floor between the ceiling of the room.
On another note, I was staying at dorm during my time in NTU and it was on the 3rd floor. And I think that dorm has been demolished. There are some security guards who would have to do rounds through the whole building, usually alone. Most of floors 2-5 have no lights on at all on them, but sometimes floors that didn’t have lights on will have the lights off the next time through, or lights will suddenly turn on.
I’ve spoken to one security guard and he said it’s really freaky. As you walk past some doors, they’ll creak and make strange knocking noises. And the outside fire escape door on the 5th floor is open every time she comes down there, and only she has the key to the outside. I never go down there alone. It has the atmosphere like in horror movie when you walk into a dark corridor. I always think of Nangnak the horror movie because there was a scene in a hospital corridor that look just like that.

Not sure if you guys experience it but I’ve had those “corner of the eye” sightings several times in my old house. I was staying in a 4 room flat in Hougang in the late 80s, which was built on the site of a cemetery I heard. There are two abandoned cemeteries near Serangoon that side which is very near to our neighborhood. The tombs are barely legible now, and the whole place is covered in brush and in the grass.
One time, I was sitting here at the computer and I saw someone out of the corner of my eye open the door to the room, look in at me, then close the door again. Since I live alone with my dog, I was quite surprised, got up quick and checked it out, but there was no one in the living room. If they’re thief, I would had heard them coming in but there was no noise at all. When I was a little kid, I once saw a lady in cheong sam dress carrying a basket. She was sitting on a bench near a playground, knitting something. Actually, my sister was there with me and saw her too and we were startled and looked at each other, I mean that time was around 10pm, it was quite a spooky sight. Then when we looked back over there she was gone, along with the bench. I know I didn’t dream this up, because I’ve spoken with my sister about it recently, and she remembers it just as vividly as I do.

Sembawang Airbase Incident

I was with RSAF(Republic of Singapore Airforce) in Sembawang when I was younger and we used old Barracks which is Blk 58 in the Field Defence Squadron as our bunk. One night we came to the bunk and the there were some stayed in personnel lined us all up to tell us about what had happened.
Apparently when they booked in that night, they found a woman personnel who had been raped and stabbed about 15-20 times then thrown form the 3rd story balcony. We all kinda freaked out and were sent home. After that all sorts of weird shit happened at the building. When we stayed overnight all sorts of shit would happen. Curtains opening and closing on their own. Books and other junk falling off the shelves. One of the creepiest things were the paintings on the 3rd floor. All the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms were locked and sealed for safety reasons. You could have easily broken a window, but people would notice that.
In one of the rooms there was a painting on both sides of the wall starting to form. There were large windows at the front of all the rooms. Every week we would go upstairs and check them out and every week they would get more detailed. Finally the images became apparent, one was a woman dressed all slutty and one was the Grim Reaper. The room was still apparently completely sealed.

~CREEPY VIDEO~ Ghosts, Spirits, and Demons Compilation

A ghost enthusiast has made an interesting compilation of what he considered the most fascinating ghost and spirit related footage found on youtube.com. Overall, it's probably a mix of real (some that we already have on this the site) and fake videos, but the compilation is very well done nonetheless, and pretty scary at that (You've been warned! Not to watch before bed time!).

~CREEPY STORY~ THE PHILLIPINES MYTHS:

The tiyanak is creature which, in Philippine mythology, imitates the form of a child. It usually takes the form of a newborn baby and cries like one in the jungle to attract unwary travelers. Once it is picked up by the victim, it reverts to its true form and attacks the victim. Aside from slashing victims, the tianak also delights in leading travelers astray, or in kidnapping children.
Tikbalang is a creature of Philippine folklore said to lurk in the mountains and forests of the Philippines. It is generally described as a tall, bony humanoid creature with disproportionately long limbs, to the point that its knees reach above its head when it squats down. It has the head and sometimes feet of an animal, most commonly a horse. It is sometimes believed to be a transformation of an aborted fetus which has been sent to earth from limbo.

The Sigbin is a creature of Philippine mythology said to come out at night to suck the blood of victims from their shadows. The creature walks backward with its head lowered between its hind legs. It resembles a hornless goat, emits a very nauseating smell and possess a pair of very large ears which are capable of clapping like a pair of hands. It is also claimed to issue forth from its lair during Holy Week, looking for children that it will kill for the heart, which is made into an amulet.

It is also believed that there are families known as Sigbinan (”those who own Sigbin”), who possess the power to command them. The aswang is said to keep it as a pet, along with another mythical creature, a bird known as the Wakwak.[3] The sigbin is said to bring wealth and luck to its owners.

The Sarimanok is a legendary bird of the Maranao people who originate from Mindanao, a major island in the Philippines. Manòk, which makes up part of its name, is a Philippine word for chicken. It is the legendary bird or “artificial cock” that has become an ubiquitous symbol of Maranao art. It is depicted as a fowl with colorful wings and feathered tail, holding a fish on its beak or talons. The head is profusely decorated with scroll, leaf, and spiral motifs. It is said to be a symbol of good fortune.

The pugot is a mythical fiend that is found in the Ilocos region. It can assume various shapes such as hogs, dogs or even as humans. However, it usually appears as a black, gigantic headless being. The creature usually resides in dark places or deserted houses. However, they especially like living in trees such as the duhat (Eugenia cumini), santol (Sandoricum koetjape), and tamarind.

Aside from its shapeshifting abilities, the pugot can also move at great speeds, feeding on snakes and insects that it finds among the trees. It feeds by thrusting food through its neck stump.Although terrifying, the pugot is relatively harmless. However, the creature is fond of women’s underwear and steals them while they are being dried on a clothesline. The pugot is also found in the Ifugao myth “Tulud Nimputul: The Self-Beheaded” where he appears to the human hero. He was fed by the hero with chopped chicken meat that is mixed with blood.

The Penanggalan which is also called Hantu Penanggal is a peculiar variation of the vampire myth that apparently began in the Malay Peninsula. See also the Manananggal, a similar creature of Filipino folklore. “Penanggal” or “Penanggalan”‘ literally means “detach”, “to detach”, “remove” or “to remove”. Both terms - Manananggal and Penanggal - may carry the same meaning due to both languages being grouped or having a common root under the Austronesian language family, though the two creatures are culturally distinct in appearance and behavior.

According to the folklore of that region, the Penanggalan is a detached female head that is capable of flying about on its own. As it flies, the stomach and entrails dangle below it, and these organs twinkle like fireflies as the Penanggalan moves through the night. In Malaysian folklore, a Penanggal may be either a beautiful old or young woman who obtained her beauty through the active use of black magic, supernatural, mystical, or paranormal means which are most commonly described in local folklores to be dark or demonic in nature. Another cause where one becomes a Penanggal in Malaysian folklore is due to the result of a powerful curse or the actions of a demonic force, although this method is less common than the active use of black magic abovementioned. Unlike Manananggal, all Penanggal are females and there is no variation in Malaysian folklore to suggest a Penanggal to be male.

A Nuno which is also called Nuno sa Punso is a dwarf-like creature in Philippine mythology. It is believed to live in an anthill or termite mound, hence its name. Literally, nuno sa punso means Ancestor or Grandparent of the anthill. The Nuno is described to be a small old man with a long beard, and differs from a duwende or dwarf of Philippine folklore. The duwende is a playful hobgoblin who shows himself to children, while the Nuno is a goblin easily angered and will do harm to those who damage or disturb his mound. If an invader destroys the Nuno’s home by kicking it, the offender’s foot would become swollen. Nuno sa punso are also believed to inhabit places such as underneath large rocks, trees, riverbanks, caves, or a backyard.

A manananggal is also called wakwak in some areas Filipino folklore or penanggalan in Malay folklore is a mythical creature. It resembles a Western vampire, in being an evil, human-devouring monster or witch. The myth of the manananggal is popular in the Visayan region of the Philippines, especially in the western provinces of Capiz, Iloilo, Antique. There are varying accounts of the features of a manananggal. Like vampires, Visayan folklore creatures, and aswangs, manananggals are also said to abhor garlic and salt. They were also known to avoid daggers, light, vinegar, spices and the tail of a sting ray which can be fashioned as a whip. Folklore of similar creatures can be found in the neighbouring nations of Indonesia and Malaysia.

The Kumakatok whom are also called door knockers are a group of three robed figures that knock on doors in the middle of the night. These three mysterious hooded figures looked like humans. One resembles a young female while the other two look like old people. A visit from the kumakatok is usually an omen of death as either the eldest or the ill member of the house they knocked upon dies. These visits are also more frequent after a disease outbreak. Residences of Luzon and Visayas painted white crosses on their doors to ward off the kumakatok. This trend caused the trio to switch from residences to government buildings, hospitals, and even churches. The kumakatok vanished or lessened their visits after World War II. A probable explanation is that many buildings were destroyed at that time, denying the kumatakok of doors to knock upon.

~CREEPY STORY WITH A BONUS CREEPY VIDEO~ Philippines True Ghost Stories

I come from Batangas City in the Philippines and am nearing my 40th birthday and throughout my life I have had several experiences, some not as scary as others. There are many widespread haunted stories in this country and I have been witness to some strange and unexplainable things. One such event happened while spending the night at my friends house. We were 11-years-old at the time. We had been told countless numbers of times by her parents to quiet down and go to bed. When Becky and I finally were able to get into bed, her on a top bunk, me on the bottom, we did some talking and were drifting off to sleep when we both heard footsteps outside of her bedroom.

We were afraid it was her father checking up on us so we both closed our eyes and pretended to be sleeping. We heard the door to her bedroom open and felt a draft. There was a very pleasant smell which neither one of us could identify. As we laid there with our eyes closed tight, both of us felt a warm breath on our cheeks and a blanket was placed over each of us.

After the person left we were able to open our eyes. We did not think anything of it until the morning when we talked to Becky’s parents who both told us they did not come into the room. When we told them the story they asked to see the blankets, so we brought them out. Becky’s mother became somewhat pale and told us she had never seen the blankets before. Someone wanted us to be warm and made sure we were taken care of. To this day we have no idea who this person was.

Hi I come from Philippines and I have many stories to tell. To start with ,I was never one who believed in ghosts in the past. People used to say at night, you have to watch where you go because they might follow people around and worse back to your home, I never believe that until one day my best friend came to my house and something happened.

By the way, my house used to be a very old house and it’s been said that entities also live here by some people. Ghosts or dwende*, and my cousin even told me that he saw something at strange at night there before, two times actually.

Anyway, when my best friend was at my house that time, she said she needed to pee so I led her to the bathroom which is on the 1st floor. Shortly after she went in about 2 mins later, she dash out of the bathroom looking very pale and scared. She told me “May multo ng babae sa banyo nio.. mahaba ung hair.. nakaputi!” (There’s a ghost of a lady with long hair wearing white dress in your bathroom.)

I asked her “Nakaihi ka ba?” (Did you get a chance to pee?) [Ed. Ha, ha!]

Then she said “Umurong na ihi ko ayoko na!” (I don’t wanna pee anymore.)

Apparently, she wasn’t the only one who saw that ghost in our bathroom. My cousin’s friend also saw it and how I know it is true? Because they had the exact same description. For several days in school, my best friend kept telling me that she always sees this ghost BEHIND ME, it was following me I don’t even know what it wants from me.

In Philippine folklore, the dwende are little spirits, usually helpful and friendly, but when offended they can cause sickness and even death. They live in houses and occupy themselves by singing, making noise, and throwing sand and pebbles. They sometimes knock over kitchen utensils. “Dwende.” Encyclopedia Mythica from Encyclopedia Mythica Online.

I was was posted to work in the Philippines in the early 90s. I still cannot say I believe in ghosts, but duing my stay there I had an experience that I cannot explain. There were many ghost stories circulating around those people at my work place. There was the story of the “white lady” who was supposedly killed by Japanese soldiers who cut off her head and buried it away from her body. What happened was she haunts the night searching for her head even until today. People said if you see her, tragedy will befall you within 24 hours. Another story is of the cigar-smoking man who haunted the abandoned third floor of a building that the Security Police had to guard. He was never seen but according to many, his presence can be felt by the scent of his cigar and the sound of a deep voice either laughing or murmuring.

Anyways, here’s my experience. In the early 90s when i was there, a large earthquake hit the Philippines. There was alot of damage done, especially near the Baguio City area. Many people died there, and Air Force personnel were deployed to aid in the search for survivors trapped in buildings and for bodies of those less fortunate. I was sent there to help out on temporary duty. The damage of the earthquake was still evidenced by crushed hotels. When we arrived, I was told to report for duty at 0600 hrs the following morning. I was rather upset about this, as I had not brought an alarm clockwith me, and I am not known for being an early-bird. My roommate and I were assigned to a cabin which had separate beds for the both of us. I asked my roommate to wake me up in the morning and proceeded to bed.

At 0500 hs, a Filipina lady was standing at the door to my room and shouting at me to wake up. She was telling me to wake up, it was time for me to go to work. I noticed she was muddy, and she was severely injured and bleeding profusely. She kept telling me to wake up, and I told her I was awake, but she was hurt and we needed to get her to a hospital, she needed medical attention. She told me it was too late for her, but not for me, so I had better get to work. I asked her what time it was, and she said it was 5 am. I thanked her and reached over to get my watch, which was on the table by my bed. Sure enough, the watch said 5 am. When I turned back to her, she was gone and my door was open. The weird thing is, this conversation did not even strike me as odd until I was in the shower! I didn’t tell anyone of my experience for a long time, but I felt it would fit in here.

~CREEPY VIDEO~ WARNING!!! NOT FOR KIDS AND WEAK HEARTED PERSON PLEASE:

WARNING!!! NOT FOR KIDS AND WEAK HEARTED PERSON PLEASE:

I remember there was this incident when my grandfather passed away. When my grandfather was alive, he would go and live in all of my relatives house. for example, 1 month at my aunt’s house, 1 month at my uncle’s house, then 1 month at my house. When he came over to stay at my house, he was already quite sick. And after a few weeks, he passed away. so my parents and relatives decided to hold the funeral at my void-deck since he passed away while it was his turn living at my place. he passed away peacefully at the hospital.

When the funeral was held at my void-deck, then one night at the beginning of the 7 days funeral (think it was the 2nd or 3rd day), me and my parents went upstairs to our house to rest for awhile before going downstairs again. me and my dad was in the masterbed room, he was telling me stories (i was small at that time), the bedroom door was closed as we had switched on the air-con. Mum was alone in the living room praying. then she told us that as she was praying, she heard footsteps, like someone was walking towards the kitchen. Then the next minute, she heard the cabinet open, and she heard someone making milo - my grandfather loved drinking milo. True enough, me and dad heard the cabinet opening, sudden we thought nothing of it because we thought it was mum.

Towards the end of the 7 days of the funeral, one night me, my dad and mum went upstairs to wash up. Dad and i finished washing up first, so we watched TV while waiting for mum to finish so we could all go downstairs together. then while i was watching TV, there’s this dark shadow of a person just walked pass the TV and flew out of the window. we could see the the shadow because the TV was very bright, and we did not on any other lights. the shape of the shadow looks exactly like my grandfather. I guess he was just saying one last goodbye to us.

~CREEPY STORY & PICS~ SCARIEST STORIES COLLECTION

Haunted Vacation Room

I came back from KL yesterday. This story is about the hotel me and my friends staying during my 5 days vacations.

I book this hotel earlier by online. I thought it would be a pleasant stay,as this hotel is very popular.Even foreigners enjoy staying at this hotel. It’s really a cheap-online hotel. You could book this hotel at very cheap rates.(I can’t tell you which hotel,as i afraid it might spoil the image).

We arrived this hotel on Saturday evening, around 6pm.The location is very strategic. The train just few walks away, nice restaurants around, and lots of convinient store. The hotel patrons all are friendly, service are nice, everything very nice and comfortable, until the night comes,it turns to nightmares, really nightmares ok?

We went out to Petaling Street for a little shopping and dinner, and got back hotel by 11pm.We were looking forward to shop in 1 Utama the next day.I dozed off straightly after bath.I switched on the dimmed orange light for my sweet night.

Bad nightmares started, which the nightmare is exactly showing the room i slept.First,i dream a woman wearing white passing from the window out the door of my room.In the dream,it didn’t disturb me.It was just passing.I woke up,and see around my room.Nothing. I slept back, and the 2nd nightmares came. This time is a child. He is standing beside my bed,and looking at me.He seems harmless. I wake up again.Look around, nothing.Feel a bit scary already from the two nightmares.I look at the time,it’s just 3am,and i sleep back.

This time,i dream again. In the dream,i was sleeping when Something broke my window glass and i heard scream of a woman. Then i run outside and the security was patrolling.I quickly asked him what happen. He told me he didn’t hear any scream, and told me this floor is haunted before.Something happened before..Then i woke up.This time really frighten me up.I open the light. And pray to god. After praying,i slept until morning. No more nightmares.

My friend slept next room to me.I told her what happened. She is a buddhist, and help me to burn an amulet over my room. The 2nd and 3rd night i slept nicely. No more nightmares.

On the 4th day,we are very tired shopping in Bukit Bintang. Then we decided to ride a taxi. The taxi driver were kind.He show us some spots and tell us the famous things there. Suddenly,he asked me how was the hotel i’m staying. So i told him,it was nice and peoples there were friendly.
The taxi driver told me little history of my hotel. The hotel i staying was managed by new management. The previous management close down after some incident. He said that, peoples staying in the hotel heard screaming of women at night.Business start to go down after news spread out to tourism companies and the locals. This news spread by employee’s in the previous hotel.

Soon, the management stop the business and it’s been officially closed for few months. It was then, the hotel been taken by this management doing budget hotel. The sounds of women screaming couldn't been heard anymore after this management doing the hotel business.Maybe some ritual had done perhaps? Many tourists staying in the hotels soon, and nowadays,it became quite popular.Mostly is fully booked.

We reach our hotel and i thanks the taxi driver for the news.At night,i couldn’t slept, maybe too scared as the news i get is quite similar to the dream i have before.Soon,i dozed off and no nightmares. We leave the next day. And,i told myself no more staying in that hotel.
Coincidence?Or really there are things there, but it appears in my dream?

Unclean Places

People says that hospitals are the most “unclean” places in the world. I can’t disagree with that especially when I personally experience something weird.

After my O ‘levels I was granted entry to a course in a polytechnic.
I decided to take up a job during the 6 months period before I went to polytechnic. A job agency helped me to find a job in New Chxxxx Hospital (now known as Chxxxx General Hospital) material management department. I was to send all kinds of equipments to wards and OTs and offices, be it medical supply or office stationery.

The Lift

At that time Chxxxx hospital was not officially open yet, only its ER and other ICU are in operations. One day, I made my round up to the SICU and pass supplies to the ward. I press for the lift and when it came, I pushed my trolley into it and entered it pressed the B2 button for my department. The door closed and suddenly it opened. Thinking that maybe there was someone outside, I peeped out but there was no one there. I pressed the Close button again…..and the same thing happens again!!!! This happened for four times… and this hair rising feeling got to me and I exited the lift. The door closed and it went down!! Geez, I though… maybe something is wrong with the lift sensors… I waited for another lift that did finally came AND bring me down to B2………but a shock is awaiting me…..

When the door opens at B2 and I push my trolley out of the lift, the lift on the left, which was the left that refused to take me, opens at the same time. What came out of it was totally shocked me. Out came two attendants with a metal coffin (those that hospital use to transfer the dead to the morgue….. did I told u that the morgue was in B2 as while?) and the family of the dead. The family was weeping and crying….. this really chills me to the bone. For the rest of the day I felt sick and morbid.

Was something in the lift awaiting the arrival of the dead? That’s why it did not allow me to go down together? .

The Ward

After a month of two, my supervisor decided to send my group of friends and I to Old Toa Paxxx hospital ( Already closed ) at that time to retrieve what ever can be salvage from the old buildings there. The only two humans that were there are 2 security guards… a father and son.
The first day we went there, I had this feeling… that the hospital was covered in a dark aura. The only lift there smells of disinfectant and death…. and it get stuck always in the middle of two storeys. Imagine the door opening and you are half way under ground and from the first floor…… most of the electricity was out or cut off too. The place .. I guess like all abandon buildings looks spooky.

One day, I and another guy was assigned to count the total number of metal bed frames left in the hospital. We decided to count from the main building first, from the top level down. It was around 5pm when we reach the second storey. We open the ward door with our keys and walked in. It was a class C ward…. comprise mainly of different rooms by partitions with no doors in front of the partitions with a long corridor linking every room. We simply looked in and count the number of beds. I was doing the counting and my friend was doing the recording. ” Seven beds”, “Ok…” ” 10 beds…” ,” Ok..” then I came to the second last room I peeked in and i just continued to the last ward…..”8 Beds” ” Ok….. but oie….. the second last one you never count le…. how many beds huh?”

Then It struck me by I never count the beds in that ward. I saw a room… fully furnished. There were mattresses and pillows on each bed with cases and all. Looks like a perfect ward in a hospital. And on the first bed right near the door, was this old man, dressed in hospital grown and sitting on the side of the bed and looking directly at me……….” 8 beds la F**k! Go liao la!! ” I pulled my friend along and walked fast out of the ward, not daring to look to my left as I pass the particular room. My friend thought I was lazy and whacked me on my back when I was out of the ward. I told him exactly what happened. He scolded me even more. He later told me that when a person were to see any “unclean” things.. lets not suppose to tell others or his bad luck will pass on to others…… To this day it still sends chills down my spine just to think about it…….

Saw Dark Figure:

Just to share 1 of the many sightings from my own experience. This happen abt 6yrs ago. It
happened at abt 12am I was walking down the stairs I stay 8th floor lift on the 10 so got to walk down. While walking down the stairs I felt someone following me, so I stop a few time on that few flight of stairs, so did my “stalker”. My neighbour a single lady met a stalker a few days ago also.

I felt uneasy but at that time but I had my disc man on blasting loudly and felt a bit comforted. So I ignored the feeling and continue to go down, then I heard sound of people clapping behind that was when my hair stand!!!!! Cos there is no way I can hear anything with that kind of volume.

By then I was left with a few steps to go so I just jump off the steps and ran all the way home cos my unit was towards the end of the corridor.

Upon reaching my door I still felt the presence following me but not so near. I was shaking and could not open the door so I banged on the door hard and my mum opened and ask what happen, i just mumble something and rush in to the safe grounds of my home and while I was walking towards my room, my mum was also walking back to her room which was facing my room window I told her what happen exactly.

The creepy thing is that just when I finish my sentence, my mum said she just saw a dark figure dashing out of my room window from the corner of her eye.. I’m still staying in the same house but thank god nothing much has happen ever since.

~CREEPY STORY & PICS~ Death Mask Pictures, Do you wanna have one?

Death masks are wax or plaster castings taken of a person's face soon after their death. Death masks have been a matter of practice from as early as ancient time and making death masks was routine until the late 19th century when photography took over in popularity. However, some death masks were still made in the 20th century and are made to this day. Death masks were sometimes used as a way to identify the dead and at other times the death masks were used as a way to remember the dead person or to use as a way to build their memorial on their grave. Death Masks usually involve the eyes of the deceased being closed but in a few rare exceptions the eyes are left open.
